You'll have 30 days from the day your receive your new security system to try it out. If you are not satisfied,
you may return it using a free shipping label, and we will refund anything you paid for the equipment and monitoring.

Home automation by Link Interactive allows you to control devices in your home such as
locks, lights, thermostats, cameras.
Are installation guides included?
Easy to follow installation guides are included with your equipment, and our
online installation guides available. If you have any questions
on installation, you can call our Customer Care team at 877-826-5443.
Does your system come with a warranty?
Yes, all equipment sold by Link Interactive comes with a manufacturer's warranty.
If one of your sensors isn't working properly, please let us know. We'll troubleshoot the equipment with
you to ensure your system is working correctly. If your equipment is still covered under the manufactures
warranty than we will replace it free of charge.
If we move and leave the system, can the new owners take over the agreement?
Of course! If you ever move, you can either take the system with you, or let the new owners
take over your contract. The contract doesn't even renew, and they start right where you left off.
