Who wins?

Frontpoint and Protect America both offer pretty decent control panels. We like the simplicity of the Fronpoint control panel, and we think it is super easy to use. The Simon XTi control panel however has a ton more basic features than the one offered by Frontpoint, and we like the fact it is a touchscreen control panel. Because Protect America offers a more advanced control panel with more features, we are giving them the win for this category. However, we still feel the XTi is pretty outdated in terms of today’s technology. For something more advanced and with a lot more bells and whistles for around about the same price, consider the Qolsys IQ Panel 2 by Link Interactive.
