The basic features for the Arlo Pro 2 and the Arlo Pro 3 are pretty standard when compared to other security cameras that are similar to them.

The Arlo Pro 2 has many specific features that consumers like yourself are looking for. The Arlo Pro has a video resolution of 1080P with a with a 130-degree field of view. We also really like the Arlo Pro 2’s zoom feature which allows you to capture detailed images. The Arlo Pro 2’s night vision has an exceptional range, and we like the fact you can capture images at a pretty good distance from your Arlo Pro 2.
What makes the Arlo 3 different
The Arlo Pro 3 has a lot of features that makes it stand out from other video surveillance cameras that are out on the market. The Arlo Pro 3 can capture images in stunning 2K HDR and has a field of view of 160-degrees. The Arlo Pro 3 has high-grade night vision technology that allows you capture images in full color even when there is no light unlike the Arlo Pro 2 which can only record images at night in black and white. The Arlo Pro 3 includes an auto track and zoom feature that will track the images it is recording along with allowing you to zoom up to 12x on an image unlike the Arlo Pro 2 that only has an 8x zoon. Our take: The Arlo Pro 3 has a lot of features that we like. We really like the enhanced video resolution for the Arlo Pro 3 due to it giving you crystal clear images that many other cameras can’s provide. We also really like the track and zoom feature for the Arlo Pro 3. The full colored night vision technology is another feature we really like.

You can use the Arlo app for both the Arlo Pro 2 and the Arlo Pro 3. The Arlo app is free to download and works for both Android and Apple Devices. The Arlo app allows you to stream and view live and record video on the go. The app also allows you to customize the features for your Arlo cameras. When your Arlo cameras start to record you will be sent a push notification that this event is taking place. Arlo offers 30 day of cloud storage for all your recorded video clips. If you are looking to purchase an Arlo Pro 2 you will pay around $250 and it includes the Arlo Base Station. The Arlo Pro 3 will cost around 200 without the Arlo Base Station.
